This is ridiculous. You're asking me for a review when I haven't even received the products and I don't know where they are.

Dear customer, we sincerely apologize for the confusion.
You placed and paid for your order on February 18th. We handed it to the freight forwarder on February 23rd.
As a DDP shipment, we handle customs clearance and duties. We've provided the last - mile courier tracking number on February 26th.
On March 12th, we explained the shipping address and promised to follow up. You understood. The vessel departed on March 21st, and is expected to reach Rotterdam port on April 23rd. You can track the shipment via 17TRACK.
We didn't intend to ask for a review. Rest assured, we’ll keep following up until you receive your battery products.
